How to make a website step by step?

Part 1

No matter how all websites look in Internet and what it concerns all of it have to pass through two main stages - first somebody had to build them up and second it have to be stored somewhere. In order to make things simple: one website has the same characteristics as a house meaning a real estate

1. it has to be at some address and to be placed at some parcel
2. somebody in the past built it up

By contrast with the houses, for the websites the succession does not have such big  importance. Because of that we will start the step by step website with the building, writing, arrangement, web design or however you will call the building up the website but firstly we need a  website schedule.
