What could be the advantage of Excel when you have to create a website? The tables of course! Excel is one big table and in contrast to Word provides vastly bigger comfort regarding working with tables and duly the arrangement of the content of the web page. Unlike the page in Word in Excel the sheet is vastly wider so you have to be careful about the width – the web page should be visible at the most of the monitors.
You could easily make your web page looking good and gathered in a table that the visitor is not necessary to be able to see. If you tint the separated rows and columns with various colors it could become something fairly good after convert xls to html

Finally do not forget that the main purpose of Excel is not to be used for making of websites and if you go too tar with your fads it is possible to make your site opens slowly. And do not forget that there are users who use something different than Internet Explorer.
